Job DescriptionRole: Event Brand AmbassadorEvent: AI Tech and Innovation ConferenceOverview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic and dependable Event Brand Ambassadors for a large scale tech conference sponsored by a leading technology software brand. As part of our team you will be providing general event support. We offer a flexible schedule allowing you to select your preferred dates/shifts.About: This annual event presents the opportunity for industry professionals to connect and experience the latest innovations for AI transformation. Attendees will discover solutions that help modernize and manage intelligent apps, safeguard data, accelerate productivity, and expand business services.We offer a flexible schedule allowing you to select your preferred dates/shifts.Location/Date/Hours ( Staff is not required to work all days):Chicago, IL
Saturday, November 16th – Friday, November 22nd **You are not required to work all days**
Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7-12 hrs. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift and you aren’t required to work all dates to be considered.
Job Duties: A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed.Welcome guests and distribute pertinent informationAssist with a seamless check-in processes and distribute credentialsOffer directional support and manage lines efficientlyScan guest credentialsEnsure room organization and monitor assigned areasProvide general event assistance as assignedQualifications:Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional imagePrevious experience in hospitality, event support, brand ambassadorship, customer service, or guest services is a plusAdvancement Opportunities:Successful candidates may be considered for future roles within this program and other similar events.Refer a staff member and earn a bonus.
