SKILLS:
3+ years in the Sales and Internet Sales space
Experience managing (and a proven successful history of meeting) customer service expectations & objectives
A great administrator, capable of working with both OEM and Corporate guidance to meet internal and enterprise objectives
Well-organized and excellent communicator; highly effective with both written and verbal communications to peers, superiors, stakeholders, employees and customers
Proven success as a team-builder with great verbal and written communication skills
Integrating overall dealership protocol with department process to ensure “whole-house” wins for the dealership
A deep, functional understanding of supporting software systems critical to a sales operations such as:
CRM software
Desking software
Equity Mining Software
Customer communication tools
Pricing and Inventory management tools
Successful oversight with regards to creating and managing a sales pipeline
Ambition and drive to become the district leader in closing ratio and volume
Overachiever with regards to sales on manufacturer targeted commodities and/or other OEM driven promotions
