As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and attraction across multiple channels. You will focus on experimenting with and optimizing marketing strategies to unlock revenue opportunities and executing the pieces that bring this to life. This role requires a balance of creative and analytical thinking, as well as a deep understanding of marketing tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Marketing Campaigns
Create and run global marketing campaigns to boost Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), new contacts, and website visitors.
Manage programmatic campaigns with minimal supervision, including target account marketing, strategic ad placements, events, and email marketing.
Handle budgets based on campaign performance.
Plan strategically, analyze deeply, and continuously improve campaign results.
Optimize campaigns for better performance and return on investment (ROI).
Work with product, sales, and regional marketing teams to align and strengthen acquisition efforts.
Analyze data to spot trends and make informed decisions about campaign adjustments.
Support lead nurturing efforts through various marketing strategies, including advertising and campaign optimization.
Conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
Collaborate with Regional Marketers on campaign planning and optimizations.
Webinars and Online Events
Organize and host webinars to showcase our ad tech software and attract potential users.
Lead the creative process, set agendas, and refine content for webinars.
Find creative ways to share and repurpose webinar content across different platforms.
Continuously improve pre- and post-event experiences.
Keep up with trends in webinars and online events.
Best Practices
Monitor key metrics for demand generation and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.
Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Ensure our marketing presence across platforms like HubSpot, CODA, Enable.us, Wistia/YouTube, and Google Drive is aligned and clear.
Some KPIs you’ll be responsible for:
Demand Gen Marketing: revenue, ROAS, entrances to free trial, lead velocity through funnel, campaign deal attribution, traffic, net new contacts, MQLs, SQLs.
Webinars: Net new contacts, Marketing qualified leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified leads (SQLs), email marketing, landing page metrics, registration and attendance numbers, attendance satisfaction, lead velocity through the funnel.
This is a hybrid position that requires 1 day in the office per week, on average, in Denver, Colorado. There are no travel requirements for this position.Your Skills4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with at least 2+ years in managing webinars.
Experience in creating an efficient demand generation engine that drives fast-paced growth.
A fundamental belief that marketing is accountable for revenue generation.
Strong experience with Hubspot or a similar marketing automation platform and practical experience in other Propeller marketing tools (or the equivalent) such as Asana, Wistia, Miro, Google Products, Slack, and others.
