Technical Trainer - REMOTE

Warner Pacific is a rapidly growing organization that is seeking an adaptable Technical Trainer who will support the organization by developing and deploying training focused on technology and operations initiatives. This role will own the end-to-end process of creating and deploying educational programs that will introduce new software, processes, and technology. This person will identify as a dynamic, adaptable, creative, and courageous individual. With the support of their Senior Vice President of Human Resources, they can look forward to taking on high-impact projects in a rapidly growing organization.
What you will do:
Meet with SME’s across teams and levels within the organization to identify training needs and create innovative training solutions.
Develop innovative learning strategies incorporating the goals of stakeholders.
Design educational content utilizing various modalities and software (PowerPoint, Articulate 360, etc.).
Deploy educational content through the identified route (LMS, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led).
Assess training success and impact with the goal of improvement on future iterations.
Partner with high-growth teams to gain a deep understanding of the organization's trajectory and potential future education needs for its employees.
Create enthusiasm amongst employees for new technology and operational changes.
Develop and manage a post-training feedback loop to understand and incorporate information provided by learners, stakeholders, and SMEs.
What you have:
5+ years of experience in the learning and development space with an emphasis on the implementation of new software, operational processes, and organizational changes.
Experience using educational authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
History demonstrates successful behavioral outcomes when introducing new technology or concepts around systems such as Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Office 365, or other enterprise software.
An understanding of Adult Learning Theory and the ADDIE model.
Excellent communication skills that support building strong relationships across the organization.
Ability to synthesize and extract necessary information about new technology and processes to present novice learners with digestible training.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable experience will be considered.
Degrees or certificates for Learning, organizational change, and instructional design would be highly desired.

Compensation
Annual Salary Range*: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education and/or skill level.
