Job summary:As a Product Manager, you will deliver a cutting-edge CRM platform tailored for Sales and Research. Drive innovation, enhance user experience, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Job responsibilities:
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the CRM platform and align platform capabilities with Sales and Research needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features and act as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams.
Ensure product adoption and value realization.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
Ensure the CRM platform provides an intuitive and seamless user experience.
Incorporate user feedback and industry best practices into design enhancements.
Leverage data analytics to drive product decisions and measure success.
Implement features that enhance data-driven insights for Sales and Research.
Ensure platform adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the platform.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within financial services or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in Sales and Research environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.
