Job summary:As a Product Manager, you will focus on driving engagement of our cutting-edge CRM platform tailored for Sales and Research and contributing to the advancement of the product. Drive user engagement and product innovation, connect with users and stakeholders to ensure adoption, map feedback to product enhancements and pre-empt key features to develop to further advance the product. In addition to owning a marketing and adoption plan for CRM, the incumbent will also partner with our data strategy team to deliver timely and relevant information to Sales, which will further drive personalization of client service.
Job responsibilities:
Ensure product adoption and value realization.Accountable for product adoption targets and regular user engagementCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features and act as the liaison between business units and technology teams.Incorporate user feedback and industry best practices into design enhancements.Leverage data analytics to drive engagement, product decisions and measure success.Implement features that enhance data-driven insights for Sales and Research.Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the platform.Evangelize and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the CRM platform and align platform capabilities with Sales and Research needs.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fieldProven interest in developing Digital Solutions and Products, preferably within Markets.Good understanding of CRM systems and their application in Markets Sales and Research environments.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.
