ICF is looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This key role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing B2B and B2G paid digital media campaigns across various platforms and third-party vendors.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, data analysis, and audience targeting to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness. Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic display is essential.
The Senior Paid Media Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
The preferred candidate will be based in the DC metro area and will have a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office and remote workdays.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet KPIs such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and CPL.
Build and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including search, display, social, video, and retargeting.
Identify and implement new paid media opportunities and trends to drive growth.
Manage and allocate the paid media budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and efficient spend.
Continuously track, analyze, and optimize paid media performance, leveraging data insights to improve results.
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Use A/B testing and audience segmentation to optimize ad copy, creative, messaging and landing pages with the creative and content teams.
Implement and manage audience targeting strategies to reach the most relevant customers, including lookalike audiences, behavioral targeting, and remarketing.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
Collaborate with other marketing team members, including SEO, content, and social media teams, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
Qualifications:
Position requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. B2B, B2G, and ABM experience are strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Proven track record of driving measurable results in terms of lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range
- There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$72,402.00 - $123,084.00
