Marketing Specialist

This position sits onsite 4 days per week (Friday remote) at our office at 125 S Wacker Dr 27th floor, Chicago, IL 60606.
This position must start AFTER the new year, ideally January 6th 2025 but flexible.
Summary:
The marketing specialist functions as the department’s content and marketing programs point of contact, focusing on support of our vertical leaders and internal sales/recruitment teams. This role will have exposure and influence in a wide variety of marketing functions and disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Supports key internal stakeholders (e.g., vertical presidents, Campus Recruitment) with collateral development, event support, communication tactics, presentation development, and external promotion to drive awareness, enhance the Addison Group brand, and enable Sales and Recruitment teams.
Research and production of marketing content (web, blog, email, etc.)
Coordinates marketing logistics, including event registration/booth space, print and collateral coordination, awards programs, ordering/shipping of materials, etc.
Actively maintains Addison Group/Harmony Healthcare social media channels including posting and monitoring
Maintenance of ongoing event calendars
Management of process and execution of swag/promo item requests
Perform regular updates/management of content and social editorial calendar
Ensure files and collateral are kept current and organized
Assists with paid media campaigns
Proactively seek out ad hoc projects to better the marketing department
Support other marketing campaigns as directed (social media, review management, research, writing, graphic design, budget support, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, Education
Experience preferred: 1-3 years in marketing; experience in related fields (communications, research, public relations, etc.) will also be considered
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, deadline-driven environment
Proficient in both oral and written communication
Superb organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bonus: Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, SEO principles
Customer/client focused

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Compensation:
Salary range $65,000-$69,000 based on experience
Up to 10% annual bonus
