Senior Proposal Manager

Dfuse Technologies, Inc. is looking for a ‘Rockstar’ Proposal Manager to join our rapidly growing team! The proposal manager will report to our EVP for Corporate Growth and Strategy and will work closely with our business development and capture team to develop quality, winning government proposals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Quickly become familiar with corporate experience, contracts, and key capabilities to assist in the assessment of RFIs, RFPs, SOO, etc.
· Leads proposals through the full development lifecycle for government solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, Task Order Requests, etc.), and all associated tasks related to the development and submission of winning proposals.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple proposal efforts at once in an organized manner while ensuring strict adherence to compliance requirements and deadlines.
· Evaluates solicitation documents and creates proposal kickoff briefings, templates, outlines, schedules, and other proposal-related documentation.
· Serves as the single point of contact for all proposal efforts both internally and with our external teaming partners and consultants.
· Clearly communicates proposal requirements and provides detailed guidance to all members of our proposal team
· Plans, coordinates, schedules, and leads collaboration sessions. These include proposal kickoff meetings, black hat reviews, solutioning sessions, color team reviews, and progress meetings throughout the proposal phase.
· Uses MS Teams and SharePoint to manage proposal content.
· Manages team writing assignments by collecting, compiling, editing, and reviewing all proposal materials received to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with RFP instructions.
· Reviews, organizes, and edits written information to ensure clarity of written sections and that win themes, key points, value propositions, and competitive differentiators are clearly articulated.
· Performs routine quality and compliance checks throughout the proposal development lifecycle and takes correction action as needed.
· Manages the production and delivery of the final proposal.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
· 7 years of experience developing government proposals
· 5 years of experience as a proposal manager
· Experience with Shipley or similar proposal management frameworks
RELEVANT SKILLS
· Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead and manage remote teams
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Able to communicate clearly with meticulous attention to detail and quality
· Highly experienced in the use of Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe products
· Willing to work flexible hours in support of proposal development
· Must be able to obtain a government security clearance (if required)
· Candidates should reside within the Virginia/DC/MD region with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
