Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Proposal Coordinator to join our team in the Washington, DC area. In this role you'll play a pivotal role in designing and supporting proposal development for federal government customers in creating proposal win themes, volume templates, outlines, and applicable content to collaborate closely with the proposal team to ensure compliant and timely submission.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various teams and departments to fulfill data requests and complete proposal documents promptly.
Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring clarity, grammar, and accurate use of technical terminology.
Conduct research, outline, and edit content, collaborating closely with departments to understand project requirements.
Ensure adherence to processes and maintain high-quality deliverables aligned with corporate branding.
Support the development of proposal responses to government RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
Analyze solicitation documents, develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, transmittal letters, presentations, and other proposal documents as needed.
Provide editing and compliance review support for proposal content.
Support Proposal and Business Development research activities.
Serve as the proposal coordinator for assigned efforts, facilitating kickoff meetings, developing schedules, and coordinating proposal production.
Coordinate assembly, editing, production, and packaging of proposal submissions.
Assist in developing and maintaining the Proposal and Business Development Knowledge Management library and assets.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or similar field or 8 years equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in proposal coordination and writing.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Adobe Professional.
Demonstrated capability to lead proposals and implement "one voice" editing techniques.
Exceptionally diligent and able to strictly adhere to deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively and compete in a fast-paced environment.
Shipley certification or familiarity desired.
