d-Matrix has fundamentally changed the physics of memory-compute integration with our digital in-memory compute (DIMC) engine. The “holy grail” of AI compute has been to break through the memory wall to minimize data movements. We’ve achieved this with a first-of-its-kind DIMC engine. Having secured over $154M, $110M in our Series B offering, d-Matrix is poised to advance Large Language Models to scale Generative inference acceleration with our chiplets and In-Memory compute approach. We are on track to deliver our first commercial product in 2024. We are poised to meet the energy and performance demands of these Large Language Models.

What You Will Do:
Troubleshoot and resolve IT and cybersecurity issues reported by team members, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires in North America and EU offices, including account creation in M365, as well as laptop procurement and deployment.
Ensure the efficient operation of office equipment such as printers and video conferencing room systems (TVs, tablets, cameras).
Assist with the implementation of IT projects and initiatives, including software deployments and system migrations.
Serve as an escalation point for offshore IT team.
Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve our IT infrastructure.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office IT environment, preferably in an early-stage technology startup.
Expertise administering a Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with both MacOS and Windows, laptop hardware, and wireless networking.
Experience administering EDR/XDR platforms such as SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, or Carbon Black.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain issues to audiences of varying seniority and technical knowledge.
Highly organized with the ability to self-prioritize tasks and work under minimal supervision.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience deploying and administering JAMF Pro, Intune or similar MDM platforms. Certifications highly desired.
Familiarity with the deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of a managed wired/wireless network, such as Unifi or Meraki.
