In this role, you’ll transform complex data into actionable insights, enabling us to optimize user experiences, refine product performance, and fuel customer growth. With your expertise in analytics and a deep understanding of user behavior, you’ll be instrumental in shaping Faye’s product strategies and helping us scale efficiently.Responsibilities
Analyze product and customer data to provide actionable insights that enhance user experiences and drive growth.Conduct deep-dive analysis, including cohort studies, funnel performance reviews, and customer segmentation, to identify key growth opportunities.Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to support decision-making across Product, Growth, and other relevant teams.Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Growth and Tech, to ensure data-driven strategies are implemented effectively.Ensure data is leveraged across the organization to support product and growth decisions.Product & Growth Optimization:Lead and execute A/B tests to optimize product features and growth strategies.Provide insights into key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn, and user engagement, helping to guide product and marketing decisions.Partner with Product and Growth teams to continue to improve acquisition, retention, and overall customer satisfaction through data-backed recommendations.Requirements
6+ years of experience in product/growth analytics, with expertise in A/B testing, cohort analysis, user behavior, funnels, and growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn).Strong experience with SQL, Tableau (or similar), and Mixpanel (or similar) for data visualization and analysis.Proven ability to distill complex data into simple, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.B2C startup experience, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in fast-growing environments.Excellent communication skills, able to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.Proactive, self-starter mentality, with a passion for problem-solving, efficiency, and optimizing user experiences.Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus.
