Additionally, we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration, and more).As a program manager and strategist, you will lead high-priority initiatives focused on team and product/market fit of the Assistant. You will work with a group of Assistant stakeholders and product teams to influence strategy, generate insights and improvements, and scale programs to support our goals. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Track cross-functional projects across gTech and Assistant Engineering team. Anticipate and manage risk and escalate blockers where needed.Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to develop triaging and quality workflows, balancing quality, speed, and cost.Build consensus among cross-functional teams and support decision making with team and executive level audiences and lead execution against recommendations with accuracy.Lead operational processes and practices that drive excellence, accountability, and efficiency for gTech Assistant leads and the organization.Analyze large datasets to identify and test hypotheses regarding quality issues on Assistant, utilizing dashboards and collaborating with analysts to drive improvements.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
