If this sounds like you, come join Booz Allen Hamilton’s Strategic SATCOM team to work on a top-priority space program.On our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues, other support contractors and U.S. Space Force personnel to develop and deploy the next generation of strategic military satellite communications capabilities. You will be an integral part of the engineering branch to assist the government as the Lead Systems Integrator ensuring the space, ground and crypto segments are integrated successfully to meet user’s needs. You will provide direct support to the chief engineer and manage the Booz Allen engineering team supporting the program office. Your expertise and innovative thinking will be critical to ensuring capabilities are delivered to meet the threat. This position will require travel to accommodate client needs within the US, when necessary.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have:5+ years of experience with performing systems engineering or integration in DoD space systems
2+ years of experience with Risk processes and Risk Management
2+ years of experience with using a Model-Based Systems Engineering or Digital Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines
Experience with requirements development or verification
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and Confluence or JIRA
Ability to interact well in cross-functional team meetings and professional environments
Ability to work collaboratively and independently demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasks
Ability to travel to accommodate client needs within the US, when necessary
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
Secret clearance is required.
Nice If You Have:2+ years of experience with military SATCOM systems
2+ years of experience with space acquisition
Experience with using Agile methodologies
Ability to learn and solve problems quickly and creatively
Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP
Agile Certification, including CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, or ICP

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
