You will be assigned a group of clients and become their dedicated IT consultant. You will act as their go-to technology person for all their IT needs. You will perform a variety of tasks that may include:Evaluate an IT environment and consult on what a network/system environment needs.Troubleshoot network and server issues.Provide network and server maintenance support to clients.Work proactively to improve clients’ technology.Deploy and set up servers, networks, firewalls, switches, wireless networks, etc.Answer chat and phone communications for client requests.Complete ticketed support items in a timely fashion.Provide support to junior-level admins.Have been a system administrator for at least 7 years.Good/excellent knowledge of Microsoft Products, Servers OS, Workstations OS, Office 365, MS Hypervisor, etc.Your Skills
Must be flexible, prioritize workload, able to manage multiple tasks, and have strong attention to detail.Ability to be exceptionally self-reliant and self-directed; possess the ability to work with minimal supervision.Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; know how to communicate a state of IT to a non-technical client.Valid Driver’s License.Exceptional customer service orientation.Experience deploying and setting up servers, networks, firewalls, switches, wireless, etc.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on a tight schedule.Ability to effectively handle stress and pressure consistent with the job duties and industry.
