Griswold Law is seeking a

Receivership Administrator/Bookkeeper

to assist with our growing receivership practice. This is an opportunity to join a boutique law firm operating in the dynamic area of receivership law.The Receivership Administrator/Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of our receivership projects. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of our projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting the operations team with the management of the receivership properties. Some specific responsibilities of this position will include bookkeeping tasks such as reconciliation of multiple trust accounts, managing rent rolls, and payment of invoices and statements, as well as preparing monthly financial receivership reports and providing general support to the management of receivership properties. Further, the position will oversee the corporate accounts payable process.The Receivership Administrator/Bookkeeper will receive substantial training that will be customized to learn the ins and outs of receiverships while applying their existing skills as a bookkeeper. A successful candidate will have general bookkeeping experience, administrative experience, and an ambitious desire to participate in the ongoing growth of our team.Responsibilities

Reconciliation of receivership trust accountsMaintain transaction registers for each receivership projectReview and payment of receivership project invoices/billsPreparation of monthly accounting reports for all receivershipsMonitor and track property insurance status and renewalsMonitor and track property tax statusManage and update property rent rollsOversee corporate accounts payable processQualifications

2-3 years of bookkeeping experience (property management experience desired, but not required)Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to prioritizeReliable and highly self-motivated individual who holds him/herself accountable for goals and deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively with a teamPosition Details:

Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, working in a physical office. Possibility for a hybrid schedule.Compensation:
