Griswold Law is seeking a Receivership Property Manager to concurrently manage and oversee 30-35 active receivership projects while working with the Operations Team to ensure that all timelines are met and each project progresses within the budget. This entails traveling to properties throughout the state of CA, working with city inspectors and contractors to schedule and plan work, coordinating timelines and expectations, and monitoring overall progress. The Receivership Property Manager will work closely with the Operations Team to timely execute the day-to-day tasks for each project. The Receivership Property Manager will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our receivership projects from initiation to completion and will help ensure a successful project delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints. Our ideal candidate is a self-driven team player, who believes that collaboration, both within our team and with external stakeholders, is key to success. A successful Receivership Property Manager is someone who takes initiative and consistently drives timelines. The Receivership Property Manager will receive substantial training that will be customized to learning the ins and outs of health and safety receiverships while applying their knowledge of property management. The Receivership Property Manager will collaborate with and receive guidance from various members within the Operations Team and will be responsible for ensuring that all timelines are current and up to date, actively participate in managing project budgets on an ongoing basis for each project, and act as a primary point of contact for property occupants, city inspectors, and contractors. WHAT IS THE RECEIVERSHIP REMEDY? ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation and contingency plans as necessary • Travel to receivership properties throughout the state of CA • Monitor project progress and performance and report on project status to the team • Ensure adherence to property management methodologies and standards • Ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints • Drive continuous improvement of receivership property management processes and practices Qualifications:
EDUCATION, SKILLS EXPERIENCE:
• 3-5 years of property management and/or construction management experience. • Proficient in planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from conception to completion. • Skilled in leading diverse teams including but not limited to property management professionals, including contractors and vendors, to achieve project goals within specified timeframes and budget constraints. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying and addressing property issues, risks, and challenges in a timely and efficient manner. • Thorough understanding of property management processes, methods, and materials. Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 yearly
