It isn’t a question.About the roleWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer with expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and ServiceNow Services Catalog. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize our identity governance solutions to ensure secure, efficient access management and compliance across the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance user access workflows and improve overall IAM processes.Role ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage SailPoint IdentityNow solutions to automate and streamline identity governance processes.Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalog offerings related to IAM, ensuring seamless integration with IGA systems.Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and entitlement management in SailPoint to align with business requirements.Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to define and enforce access policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.Conduct regular audits of access rights and entitlements, recommending improvements as needed.Document processes, configurations, and workflows for compliance and knowledge sharing.Why you?Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC).Proficiency in ServiceNow Service Catalog design and implementation.Strong understanding of identity governance principles, access control models, and compliance requirements.Experience with API integrations and automation tools (e.g., Java, REST).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Sailpoint certified IdentityNow Engineer or similar certification.5+ years IAM Engineering experience, with SOX, GXP, and Sailpoint.Familiarity with other IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Cyberark).Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GXP) and their impact on IGA processes.Location:
