The team is responsible for shielding the company’s systems from security risks, while designing technology strategies that enable AIG’s businesses to achieve their goals.How you will create an impactThis role will be responsible for leading the analytics & reporting functions from a Business Services Delivery (BSD), a division of the Information Security Office (ISO), perspective. This requires the ability to think strategically, balancing long and short-term priorities to established BSD / ISO goals, guiding architecture, and partnering with internal customers to build strategic relationships.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive global strategy that is aligned with overall Information Security Office (ISO) strategy, organizational goals, regulatory requirements, industry trends and best practices.Drive AIG’s information security strategy through the integration of business applications to various ISO solutions.Provide technical and operational support for specialized applications and systems.Design, develop, lead initiatives through full lifecycle, and perform analysis and configuration functions.Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, target state processes and implementation plans.Lead the definition of architecture and process standards for the software security scorecard platform.Ensure software environments comply with relevant security standards, regulations, and industry frameworks.Provide regular reporting and performance metrics to senior management.Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, cross-functional technology teams, and vendors.What you'll need to succeedBA/BS in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years experience in cybersecurity.Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, or CEH.Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results.Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Experience interpreting security product designs and business requirements.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Enjoy benefits that take care of what mattersAt AIG, our people are our greatest asset.
