It’s an opportunity to grow your skills and experience as a valued member of the team.Make your mark in Information TechnologyAIG’s Information Technology team is responsible for shielding the company’s systems from security risks while designing technology strategies that enable AIG’s businesses to achieve their goals.How you will create an impactThis role will be responsible for leading the analytics & reporting functions from a Business Services Delivery (BSD) perspective. This requires strategic thinking, balancing long and short-term priorities to established BSD / ISO goals, guiding architecture, and partnering with internal customers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive global strategy aligned with ISO strategy, organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.Drive AIG’s information security strategy through the integration of business applications to various ISO solutions.Provide technical and operational support for specialized applications and systems.Design, develop, lead initiatives through full lifecycle, and perform analysis and configuration functions.Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and implementation plans.Work with IT managers to understand business requirements and enterprise IT standards.Lead the definition of architecture and process standards for the software security scorecard platform.Ensure software environments comply with relevant security standards and conduct regular audits.Provide regular reporting and performance metrics to senior management.Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, cross-functional technology teams, and vendors.What you'll need to succeedBA/BS in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in cybersecurity.Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.Experience interpreting security product designs and business requirements.High-level proficiency in Microsoft SQL and strong debugging skills.Experience with security vulnerability scanning tools and Business Intelligence tools.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide teams through complex issues.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Enjoy benefits that take care of what mattersAt AIG, our people are our greatest asset.
