Please review the following job description:Responsible for developing and maintaining the technical IT / cyber security capabilities necessary for safeguarding the firm's information systems and applications (software development lifecycle), including every phase of the SDLC and software stack. Design, plan, test and implement phases of cybersecurity technology projects. This will include a subset of the following sub-functions: a) request b) provisioning c) deprovisioning d) normal access e) privileged access f) attestations g) identity governance administration h) identify management platforms i) production support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the end user support team for identity management and access strategy on time and within budget as it pertains to meeting Joiner/Mover/Leaver controls including attestations.

Design and meet formal Services Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure control frequencies are met between the business and the Identity and Access Management team.

Improve the end user experience by partnering with the business to help provide tier 2 support and engagement directly to completing required controls.

Align the User Access Support team with the DCIO and BISO towers to foster relationships in efforts to support upcoming strategic compliance and maturity needs of the IAM team long term.

Proactively engage with stakeholders to make them aware and willing to adopt our solutions, which includes managing up, out, and down to avoid surprises and position our solutions to be successful.

Responsible for technical support of information security technologies providing expert problem analysis and resolution in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience in systems engineering or administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge in applied enterprise information security technologies including but not limited to firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, network operating systems, identity management, database activity monitoring, encryption, content filtering, and Mainframe security.

Previous experience in leading complex IT projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree or MBA and ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

15 years’ experience working in Banking or financial services.

10 years’ experience working with an Identity and Access Management platform such as Oracle, SailPoint, Okta.

Experience working through complex provisioning and entitlement matrices and provisioning accordingly.

Working knowledge and subject matter expertise of IAM and PAM controls such as joiner/mover/leaver processes.

Experience managing quarterly attestations with the direct business lines to ensure proper engagement and escalations.

Certification in Information Security Management (e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)), or related security certification(s).
