IAM SSO Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an IAM SSO Engineer to lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) assessments and deliver critical solutions across multiple IAM domains, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). The role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, conducting assessments, and recommending best practices to enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the IGA, SSO/MFA, and PAM assessments and deliver assessment reports.
•Present assessment findings and reports to stakeholders.
•Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to gather current-state architecture, including physical and logical designs.
•Analyze integrations with source and target systems, as well as connector details.
•Review user onboarding, joiner-mover-leaver workflows, provisioning, and reporting processes.
•Identify processes with high security risks and develop taxonomy for process improvement.
•Understand and analyze the current IAM solutions, identifying potential gaps and areas for improvement.
•Provide recommendations on best-in-class solutions and IAM industry standards.
•Conduct a benefits analysis, highlighting areas for rationalization, transformation, and replacement.
•Recommend a roadmap for IAM solution implementation, including quick wins, medium- and large-scale changes.
•Develop a project plan covering the scope, WBS approach, phases, and high-level schedule.
Required Qualifications:
•Expertise in IAM domains, including IGA, SSO/MFA, and PAM.
•Strong background in IAM support, solution design, and integration.
•Experience in developing IAM assessments and proess reviews.
•Familiarity with processes related to user onboarding, provisioning, and privileged admin lifecycles.
•Knowledge of industry best practices for IAM implementation, security, and compliance.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders and present findings.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with Zero Trust frameworks and security enablement.
•Familiarity with IAM industry controls and governance frameworks.
•Knowledge of IAM solution features aligned with business needs and emerging technologies.
