We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Identity and Data Access Governance Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data access governance policies and procedures to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of our data assets. This role requires a deep understanding of data governance, risk management, and compliance, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement identity and data access governance policies and procedures.Strategy and implementation for data tagging and RBAC.Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to manage data access risks.Provide training and guidance to employees on data access governance best practices.Lead data access governance initiatives and projects.Monitor and audit data access to ensure adherence to policies, using Varonis, Purview, and other tools.Conduct associated access clean-up activities to ensure data integrity and security.Monitor and audit IAM processes to ensure adherence to policies.Provide training and guidance to employees on IAM best practices.Lead IAM initiatives and projects.Develop and maintain IAM metrics and reports.Integrate IAM solutions, namely Saviynt, with existing systems and applications.Conduct access reviews and certifications to ensure proper access controls.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 13 years of experience in data governance, risk management, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years in leadership roles.Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations including CMMC, TiSAX, and SOX.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Experience with data access governance tools and technologies.Experience with identity governance tools and technologies.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP.Experience in a leadership role within a data governance or risk management team.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
