Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn.Job Title: Quality Systems Engineering Manager Job Description:This position will require engagement across departments, ADI manufacturing sites, leading cross-functional audit teams, Quality Systems deployment and standardizing BKMs across ADI sites globally.Key Responsibilities include:Lead and/or collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure expedite closure of complex product and process quality issues from initiation to closure.Standardize and Implement Quality Management Systems across ADI sites. Shares BKMs and procedures with ADI manufacturing sites.Act as a technical expert to lead IATF16949, ISO9001, VDA QMS audits. Implement procedures and best practices per industry QMS standards.Lead ADI's internal audit plan. Develop and train lead auditors per industry QMS standards.Act as a single point of contact with IATF external registrars to co-ordinate audits.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed audit plans, set expectations, and develop systems and procedures per IATF16949 and VDA automotive quality standards. Facilitate the use of structured problem-solving tools in root-cause investigation and corrective action identification.Manage corporate level QMS systems to manage customer requirements, management reviews, corrective action plans, etc.Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8+ years of experience.Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry in the functional areas like Quality Management Systems and audits.Excellent knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 and VDA standards.Must be a certified lead quality auditor for IATF16949 standard.Must have experience managing IATF16949 audits at the corporate level.Great collaborator that leads through influenceExcellent project planning, scheduling, documentation, training, coordination, and communication skills.Excellent knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) in high volume semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing environment.Quality certifications like ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, CQE, etc. will be preferred.#LI-PG1For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
