Job Description:Role & responsibilities:12+ years Network Engineering experience or related.CCNA Routing & Switching preferred.Strong working knowledge of IP protocols, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, fiber and copper infrastructure, optical data networking and other data networking concepts.Consult with customers to understand their business requirements and technical needs.Design and propose technology solutions that align with customer objectives.Provide expert guidance on network, security, SD-WAN, and WiFi technologies.Develop and deliver compelling presentations to customers and stakeholders.Foster strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop comprehensive solutions.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.Assist in the creation of technical documentation and proposals.Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers and internal teams.Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.Strong domain knowledge in network (Routing Protocols, Wi-Fi, ZTNA, Software defined networking) and Security (Firewall, IDPS, SSE, SIEM, SOAR).This role majorly focuses on managing and maintaining Network and Security devices (Routers / Switches / Firewall / Load Balancers / Wi-Fi / SIEM etc).Good knowledge in Firewall and security domain.Good knowledge in Routing and Switching.Strong understanding of various switching protocols like STP, RSTP, VLAN, HSRP, VRRP, VTP etc.Hands-on experience with Fortinet / Checkpoint Firewalls.Hands-on experience with Aruba / Juniper devices will be an added advantage.Familiar with administration of Load balancers.Capable of handling Network operations by following defined processes.Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with different teams.Aware of Incident and Change Management process of ITIL.Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions or escalations and coordinate with OEM for support.Additional Responsibilities:Manage and administer Enterprise Data center and its devices.Responsible for configuring, managing and troubleshooting network and security devices.Having thorough knowledge/working experience of all features within Security Devices specifically Checkpoint.Monitors system performance and analyses workload, including traffic and utilization trends.Supports and maintains the highest network security level throughout the environment.Responsible to maintain network uptime.Management of Load Balancer device.Management of Firewalls / Security Devices / WAF / DDoS.Management of Proxies.Maintaining IP addresses.Perform network assessments and System Assessments, including CCTV Servers and Cameras.Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long-term efficiency of network.Ability to produce RCA of Severity incidents impacting network with minimum support.Should be able to generate SLA reports for link uptime/utilization and related activities for weekly/monthly review with end customer.Job Code:Job Location:Experience:
