Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Director to join our team. As the Social Media Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing an effective social media strategy, managing multiple social media platforms, creating and implementing engaging social media campaigns, and collaborating with a team to achieve organizational goals. Your expertise in social media, social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management will be essential in driving brand awareness, increasing engagement, and achieving campaign successes. This is an in-office position that requires a creative and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media plan aligned with the company's goals, mission, and target audience.Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and drive user engagement.Collaborate with the team to create and execute effective social media campaigns that align with marketing initiatives and promotional activities.Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a strong online presence by actively engaging with the audience.Analyze social media data, track key performance indicators, and generate reports to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and apply them to enhance the organization's social media strategy.Lead and manage a team of social media editors, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to drive individual and team performance.Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and strategic partners to expand the organization's social media reach.Track campaign successes and contribute to bonus structures for team members based on campaign performance and achievements.Qualifications:Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.Proven experience with social media platforms with a track record of successfully developing and executing social media strategies.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret social media data and generate actionable insights.Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.Experience in managing and leading a team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.Passion for staying updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and technologies.To apply, please submit your resume, portfolio (if applicable), and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you believe you are the right fit for this position.
