Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience. Provides leadership, prioritization and alignment of organizational resources to enable execution of effective and profitable business plans.In this role, you will:Engage our People as Business Owners:
Coaches, develops, empowers Customer Marketing team as appropriate. Actively manages staffing needs and succession planning for team. Has a track record for development of direct reports.Build capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste:
Creates and executes Amazon AMC plan. Works closely with Brand Marketing and external agencies to create a One Demand Plan (ODP) to optimize spend and drive full funnel profitability. SPOC on Amazon Marketing negotiations (LOI) for Clorox portfolio with full year accountability. Expectation to work closely with Enterprise Capabilities Team (CXT) to support enterprise capability development.Lead Agency Management for Amazon Team:
SPOC from Amazon to key agencies (OMG, OMD, Flywheel) to provide the customer-facing point-of-view on marketing initiatives.Leverage Data/Analytics Continuously:
Regular use and reporting of key data platforms (Profitero, Stackline, Flywheel) and dashboards to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision making. Execute high-impact A/B tests for continual improvement. Drive advancement with Amazon with measurement integration.Build & Maintain strong Cross-Functional Partnerships:
Responsible for integration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Insights & Analytics to align marketing strategies with business objectives via Learning Plans.Customer Connected Planning and Strategy Development:
Partners with Amazon customer team and senior Sales and Marketing leaders to define Shopper Marketing vision, roles, strategies, resources and priorities. Integrates knowledge of Clorox objectives, Amazon customer strategies and consumer/shopper insights. Ensures Shopper Marketing is highly integrated into annual customer business plans. Establishes strong relationships with senior Marketing counterparts at Amazon and with senior Marketing and cross-functional leaders within Clorox.What we look for:6+ years of CPG experienceThis role requires a proven track record of optimizing full funnel marketing investments, balancing both ST & LT ROI. This person should also have a deep experience in digital marketing. Ideally, this candidate would have experience working with Amazon (either directly, or indirectly).Candidates need strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve ambitious growth targets.Workplace type:The ideal candidate will reside within the Clorox Hub areas of Oakland, CA, Pleasanton, CA or Durham, NC.
