In this role, you will:Associate Marketing Manager (AMM) Position:
As a member of a Studio Team, the Associate Marketing Manager has diverse responsibilities that include:Performing business analysis to strengthen the brand's integrated marketing programDeveloping and implementing marketing plans that contribute to brand volume and profitInitiating and analyzing market research to improve the brand's marketing effortsParticipating in the development of effective advertising copy, media plans, and integrated marketing campaignsCoordinating package and product improvements that enhance the brandDeveloping, implementing and evaluating other strategic business building projects
Management Training/Orientation Programs for MBAs:We believe in developing marketers who are equipped to build brands consumers love. This focus on people manifests itself in individualized development plans and on the job coaching, a growth culture focused on driving out waste and increasing agility, and rotations through roles that stretch and challenge individual capabilities (for example, Brand Marketers receive first-hand marketplace experience through working with our Clorox Sales organization). Our strong formal training program also means that new marketers are set up for success from day one at the company. Business management skills are specifically developed through an orientation to each of the company's functional areas, and training seminars in topics such as business analysis, forecasting, advertising, and interpersonal communication.

–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600
