Are you a developmental leader who coaches, trains and motivates competitive teams that consistently exceed expectations? As a Now Optics Regional Manager, you will create and develop high performing teams that maximize profits and deliver outstanding customer service. In this role you will be responsible for leveraging our retail brand Stanton Optical, and “Sales Cycle” to grow sales while maintaining high quality brand and service standards. The Regional Manager is charged with strengthening the SO brand, by ensuring we make eye care easy for all patients and customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Through effective talent scouting and development, the Regional Manager leverages the Stanton Optical brand to grow sales, increase profitability and maintain high quality brand and customer service standards in their district to deliver Easy Eyecare.
Staffing and development is a key part of the expectation of the Regional Manager’s role; using tools provided the Regional Manager will hold the management team accountable for setting expectations and providing continuous development to their staff. It is the Regional Manager's responsibility to partner with the support center’s resources to accomplish business expectations. The Regional Manager is charged with living our values and delivering to our mission of Making Eye Care Easy. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Driving top line revenue and overall controllable contributions of own district
Review and analyze diverse business reports and data to propose strategic plans to overcome opportunities. Trains Store Managers on financial management skills.
Demonstrates a clear understanding of the factors which build both the cost and the revenue side of the Profit & Loss Statements, proposing sustainable improvement strategies for each location.
Talent Acquisition
Talent scouting for existing, and new store staff. Finding the right candidate to meet brand standards.
Develop Brand Managers to, effectively, recruit, and train, their employees to the standard of our organization.
Talent Development
Lead initiatives to successfully develop associates while ensuring daily operations are executed in compliance with brand standards.
Provides leadership, mentoring, support, and coaching to develop a successful, withstanding business model in each location.
Stores’ Continuous Improvement
Conducts regular PAR visits (Performance Accelerator Review) for assigned locations
Ensure all locations, within the district, are providing quality product merchandising
Support Retail Lab and Professional Services
Train store staff to review and interpret Lab reports, understand escalation channels and possible resolutions based on reports findings.
Foster and facilitate a collaborative environment by creating a strong partnership with professional services.
Key Qualifications
You have demonstrated multi-unit retail leadership ability with at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment
You’re knowledgeable on talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes
You display superior verbal, written, presentation, coaching and facilitation skills to effectively partner with diverse teams across the organization.
You are self-directed with excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize projects.
Career progression within the organization is preferred.
