Primary responsibility is to initially support the team in sales, marketing and day-to-day operations of a growing branch.Key Responsibilities:Produce quality analytical reports using various software programsPrioritize daily work, track progress of projects and deadlines, answer phones, take messages and schedule appointmentsAssist participants with various needsLearn and adapt to service needs of various accounts in order to answer day-to-day questionsQuickly develop knowledge of forms and account procedures in order to assist clientsDemonstrate initiative and desire to increase knowledge of rules, regulations and conceptsEnhance relationships with advisors through timely and accurate responses to questions, and act with integrity and respect in all situationsDatabase management of contacts and associatesOversee marketing effortsSpecial projects as assignedLocal office interaction with other support members, Financial Advisors and ManagementQualifications:Some experience working in Finance/Broker-Dealer/Investment background is preferredBachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or willingness to become licensed will be consideredMust be a team player with a proactive, positive, problem-solving dispositionPossess a high degree of proficiency with MS office products including Word, Excel and OutlookMust be able to maintain the highest level of confidentialityExcellent communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonalDemonstrate strong accuracy and thoroughness in all facets of daily workAble to interface and articulate well with employees, vendors and clients in a highly professional, timely and friendly mannerAble to meet designated deadlines and work effectively in a pressurized environment
