Job Purpose

The Regional Sales Director is primarily accountable for sales leadership and revenue growth for the H-Wave medical device and services in an assigned regional geography. The RSD will lead and coach a team of Sales Consultants to support and drive them to exceed sales goals. The RSD will also oversee a team of Patient Care Associates that support the Sales Consultants for the region. The RSD will engage in the below listed activities with the ongoing leadership, support, guidance and feedback from the EVP of Sales. The RSD is directly accountable for execution and success of corporate sales team initiatives. This includes onboarding, ensuring successful performance of new Sales Consultants, initial and continued sales training and leading periodic sales meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities

Demonstrate visionary leadership, initiative and sales executive level contribution to the success of the region and the Company

Build and maintain strong relationships with every member of your Regional Sales Team

Develop, forecast and execute upon monthly, quarterly and annual sales production, growth and profit goals

Identify and execute on enrolling four major referral accounts (15+ unweighted commissionable deals per month) in the region each year including closing one major account per quarter

Support and encourage a coach-player relationship with Sales Consultants

Review Quarterly Achievements, Goals and Strategy with EVP of Sales

Perform Quarterly and Annual Reviews with every member of your Regional Sales Team

Identify and present opportunities for professional growth and self-development

Regional sales team management of Sales Consultants and Patient Care Associates, including:

Participation in quarterly ride-a-longs with both consultants and PCA’s

Active, side-by-side selling of H-Wave products and services

Promotion of long-term strategic partnerships with H-Wave

Individual monthly 1:1 meeting with Sales Consultants

Once monthly scheduled call with all PCA staff

Set and hold accountable performance goals for each Sales Consultant/Territory in your region

Actively drive meaningful sales activities and goals

Organize and lead periodic regional sales meetings

Identify business challenges and develop appropriate action plans with Sales Consultants

Seek out, track and analyze sales performance data

Ensure all regional sales operations are in accordance with company standards

Provide business systems and technical support to Sales Consultants and customers

Work from and actively engage the use of the H-Wave Sales Playbook

Identify skills gaps and support sales team efforts to execute on revenue generating sales activities

Active engagement in ongoing employee recruitment, retention and mentorship of current team members

Accountable for region-wide Strategic Partnership engagement, referencing Regional Sales Consultants’ Strategic Partnership Grids

Formal Annual Quality Assessment of all Regional PCAs with ongoing quality monitoring

Resolve customer challenges when escalation is necessary

Look for, record and report trends, challenges and issues within the region immediately to the EVP of Sales

Attend regional and national industry specific conventions, symposia, conferences and other events as necessary

Requirements:Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

Must have experience leading a high-performance sale team

Must have valid Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle record

History of working in a position that requires significant autonomy and self- motivation

Highly driven and exhibits strong work ethic

Exemplary written and oral communication skills with any audience

Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities

Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office applications

Ability to travel, up to 50% (overnight) on a regular basis

Working Conditions

Ability to transport product/equipment

Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day

Ability to locally travel extensively with ease (approx. 50% of time)

Must be able to drive approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory
