Marketing Coordinator . The work location will be Los Angeles, CA with flexibility to work remotely.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team in executing various strategies and campaigns aimed at promoting brand awareness, driving engagement, and achieving business objectives. This role involves coordinating projects, managing timelines, and supporting the development and implementation of marketing materials. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has a passion for marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Track the performance of campaigns and provide reports to management.
Content Creation:
Help create marketing collateral, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media content, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
Social Media Management:
Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance.
Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative ways to increase engagement.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
Assist in analyzing campaign performance data and generating insights for future strategies.
Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
Coordinate logistics and promotional materials for events.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update the marketing calendar, tracking deadlines, events, and promotional activities.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing vendor relationships and processing invoices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, MailChimp).
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms.
1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
