Job Description:
Engagea Comm is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies and driving brand awareness. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, track performance, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Pay Range:
$21.50 - $ 32.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and compelling content for digital and print platforms.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage social media accounts and schedule posts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Coordinate and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products/services.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics tools and software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
