Lovely type and illustrative style with clients that hit a range of nonprofit, cultural institutions and packaging. The appropriate candidate is a hands-on leader and mentor. Partner with the Managing Director to run a studio of highly talented individuals. The right candidate has an interest in the Arts, and developing a community approach to addressing Design topics...A curious mind with a playful approach to the work. Your portfolio should be branding focused with a 360 approach as well as some packaging work. You'll be working with highly strategic approaches to marks thru application to digital and print.

*Oversee a small team of Associate CDs to junior talent

*Manage process and delivery

*Offer leadership and guidance with the goal of being an approachable mentor

*Partner with the Managing Director for Presentation and new Biz
