Our client, a leading non-profit organization in the supply chain industry, is seeking a dynamic Manager of Education to join their certification team. This role is key in developing and delivering engaging educational content and resources for members, customers, and partners. The position offers a fully remote setup, with occasional in-person meetings in Chicago or Rosemont, IL.
Job Description:
The Manager of Education will design, manage, and maintain online educational programs, including eLearning courses, video presentations, and certifications. This role requires close collaboration with subject matter experts, vendors, and team members to create and update relevant, high-quality content tailored to the industry. The ideal candidate brings a background in education technology, project coordination, and instructional design.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage educational programs from start to finish, ensuring projects meet set goals and deadlines.
Track project timelines, oversee tasks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Communicate with members and internal teams on educational content, training, and product information.
Collaborate with committees, vendors, and experts to support content creation.
Participate in quality assurance to ensure error-free program delivery.
Use data analysis to evaluate program performance and report findings.
Assist in crafting educational marketing materials, including bulletins, emails, and website content.
Maintain up-to-date process documentation for education initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
2+ years of experience in education program development and instructional content creation.
Familiarity with education software and LMS administration.
Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
