This role will continually identify and assess new markets, product and technology opportunities and ensure resources and processes are in place to drive marketing strategy and capitalize on opportunities.

How you will contribute:

Provide leadership for the development of global strategic marketing plans including objectives and strategy for targeted markets.

Drive efforts with product and business development to define an overall product portfolio strategy that will drive the long-term growth of the organization.

Ensure the development of all strategic product roadmaps and corresponding marketing plans.

Lead the co-creation and execution of the strategic plan.

Lead the process for the continuous evaluation of trends and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace, including the process of obtaining and disseminating competitive intelligence across all markets and product lines.

Analyze existing product and markets in terms of the ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue, and sustain or grow profitability.

Monitor business metrics regarding revenues, profitability, market share and product portfolio mix. Communicate these metrics to the senior management team.

Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to define effective sales channels of all products.

Establish effective relationships with the sales force with leadership, training, pricing, and positioning expertise.

Establish metrics for the measurement of marketing program effectiveness.

Develop and manage the marketing budget.

Responsible (in collaboration with sales) for the development of the company’s revenue forecast.

Develop and provide leadership for a high performing global product and marketing management team, strategic marketing team and global marketing communications team to drive the execution of strategic marketing plans for meeting Prolacta’s overall business objectives.

Responsible for the overall management of the marketing team providing coaching, leadership and assistance with resources and strategy development.

Drive competency development of the marketing team to achieve the established functional vision.

What you bring to the role:

BA/BS Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

10+ years sales & marketing experience in life sciences or medical device for a technology driven company.

5+ years in a leadership position.

Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with executive, sales, product development and key operational groups.

Proven record of leadership and managing a marketing organization with global responsibility and establishing long term strategic growth initiatives.

Proven success and track record as an individual contributor and manager who has grown top line results.
