to lead our fundraising efforts and build meaningful relationships with donors. $55,000 - $70,000What You’ll DoLead fundraising campaigns including direct mail, special events, grant development, sponsorships, and major gift solicitation.Cultivate and steward donor relationships to ensure continued support.Partner with the Advisory Board Development Committee to engage community leaders and volunteers in our efforts.Work closely with regional and divisional teams to share strategies and best practices.Plan and manage the annual Tree of Lights Christmas Campaign and other key events.Oversee donor records, analyze fundraising performance, and contribute to financial planning and budgeting.Serve as a public representative for The Salvation Army at community meetings and events.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of fundraising or related experience.Proven success in donor cultivation, major gifts, and grant writing.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.Familiarity with the Jefferson City philanthropic community is a plus!Why Work with Us?Be part of a mission-driven organization making a tangible impact.Collaborate with passionate colleagues and community leaders.Flexibility to create and execute innovative fundraising strategies.Competitive salary and benefits package.Ready to Apply?Join us in serving the Jefferson City community!
