The eDiscovery Innovation Team is investing in Generative AI and ML to tackle some of the world's most significant disputes and investigations.In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Prototype, validate, and implement AI/ML solutions on diverse datasetsUtilize latest LLMs in Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock for summarization, classification, entity extraction, and text-to-query language generationDevelop RAG pipelines, semantic search, and hybrid search capabilitiesCreate and implement new metrics, evaluation pipelines, and training/test datasetsEvaluate and enhance emerging technologies for existing solutions and new capabilitiesShare work with clients and colleagues to adopt AI enterprise-wideBuild industry expertise and contribute to client architecture solutionsThis role comes with the following benefits:

2+ years of experience in NLP/IR/ML systems developmentAbility to travel as neededAuthorization to work in the United States on a full-time basisBachelor’s degree or relevant experienceYou would benefit from having:
High level of analytical programming competency (Python, R)Hands-on experience with LLMs, deep learning NLP models, and traditional ML techniquesSolid software engineering skills for prototypingExperience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure)Customer-facing experienceExperience with Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Lucene technologiesExperience with C# and .NETExperience with Docker and KubernetesKnowledge of large dataset processing pipelines and distributed computing architectures (Apache Beam/Airflow, Spark/Hadoop)Experience in deploying and maintaining AI-based systems with modern DevOps/MLOps toolsAbility to turn cutting-edge research into working prototypesFTI Consulting is known for fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
