has partnered with a prestigious Personal Injury firm in Downtown Los Angeles in search of
Pre-Litigation Attorney or Settlement Negotiator . This is an onsite position with M-F working hours.Qualifications:Previous bodily injury claims experienceCar insurance negotiation experience a plus – whether plaintiffs’ civil or defense side cases.Experience as either an associate attorney with personal injury pre-litigation or a claims negotiatorResponsibilities include:Negotiating personal injury cases against insurance companiesReviewing and submitting demand letters/packagesNegotiating settlements for various cases involving bodily injury (MVAs, premises liability, dog bites, etc.)Negotiating liens with a variety of vendors (doctors, chiropractors, rehabilitation centers, etc.)Direct client communication and supportPreferred skills:Excellent demand, settlement, and negotiation skillsSelf-starter, team player, able to achieve results with minimal supervisionExcellent oral and written skillsOutstanding organizational skillsEffective employee management skills (will be overseeing two team members)Able to handle a high volume of cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.
