has partnered with a prestigious Personal Injury firm in Downtown Los Angeles in search of
Pre-Litigation Attorney or Settlement Negotiator . This is an onsite position with M-F working hours.Qualifications:Previous bodily injury claims experience.Car insurance negotiation experience a plus – whether plaintiffs’ civil or defense side cases.Experience as either an associate attorney with personal injury pre-litigation or a claims negotiator.Responsibilities include:Negotiating personal injury cases against insurance companies.Reviewing and submitting demand letters/packages.Negotiating settlements for various cases involving bodily injury (MVAs, premises liability, dog bites, etc.).Negotiating liens with a variety of vendors (doctors, chiropractors, rehabilitation centers, etc.).Direct client communication and support.Preferred skills:Excellent demand, settlement, and negotiation skills.Detail oriented.Self-starter, team player, able to achieve results with minimal supervision.Excellent oral and written skills.Outstanding organizational skills.Effective employee management skills (will be overseeing two team members).Able to handle a high volume of cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Full Benefits available.
