national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated
Associate Attorney
to join their
Corporate M&A
practice in their Kansas City office.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school
with a strong academic record.
Bar Admission in Missouri
(or eligibility to be admitted).
4+ years
of substantive corporate and transactional experience, including
M&A ,
joint ventures ,
corporate governance , and/or other
complex commercial transactions .
Strong law firm experience with superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.
Our client is particularly seeking candidates who are collaborative, goal-oriented, and motivated to contribute to the growth and success of their national practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents for M&A and other corporate transactions.
Advising clients on joint ventures, corporate governance, and other business matters.
Collaborating with a team of experienced attorneys in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Engaging directly with clients and contributing to the growth of the firm's national practice.
