The ideal candidate will be passionate about content creation, adept at developing engaging and effective copy, and experienced in crafting a variety of content types that align with our marketing strategies. You will play a crucial role in supporting our overall marketing efforts by producing high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and strengthens our brand presence. This role will report to the Marketing Manager, Content.*This is a full-time, on-site position and will require reporting to our headquarters location in Santa Clara, CA.*What You’ll Do:Content Development: Create compelling, clear, and engaging written content for various marketing materials, including but not limited to press releases, web copy, email campaigns, advertising content, case studies, white papers, and blog posts.Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to strategize, develop, and implement content for advertising campaigns, product launches, thought leadership initiatives, and brand storytelling.Video Storyboarding: Write engaging video scripts and collaborate with the production team to create high-quality video content that supports marketing initiatives and product promotions.Media Relations: Assist in creating media lists, conducting outreach for new product launches, and maintaining positive relationships with local news outlets.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as lead generation, events, sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated marketing efforts.Minimum Education and Experience Required:BA/BS degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Medical Sciences.Experience in medical terminology and a strong background in Life and Physical Sciences are beneficial.2-5 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.Experience in creating and executing content marketing strategies for B2B or B2C companies, preferably in the educational technology or healthcare sector.Superb writing skills with the ability to translate complex clinical terminology and product features into compelling stories that resonate with diverse audience segments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including events, lead generation, product development, sales, and customer support.Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing team members, designers, and external vendors.Physical Requirements:Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.Repetitive motion.
