The EP will lead the U.S. production department, initially managing a small team that includes a content producer and a mid-level producer. They will also be responsible for expanding the team to support both always-on social content and campaign-based production.To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have extensive experience in digital content creation and a passion for the evolving nature of the industry, ideally having worked across organic, paid, and influencer-driven content. They should stay ahead of the latest advancements in production practices and technology, while being proficient in client relations, pitching for new business, and managing a team.Working closely with the U.S. Managing Director and Client Partner, the EP will be a senior leader within the company, helping shape its direction and development. This role requires someone passionate about production and filmmaking, with the ability to find creative solutions that bring innovative ideas to life.AnalogFolk Group’s tech-powered production company, Untold Fable, provides access to a global network of 5,000 filmmakers. The EP will leverage this platform to source top creative talent and deliver exceptional work for clients, collaborating with the creative team to ensure high-quality, impactful production.What You Will Do:
Lead and manage a team of producers.Prioritize deliverables and produce quality work that meets or exceeds client objectives.Implement production management systems and protocols across multiple platforms.Develop strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Support creative development for new business proposals, particularly in audio and video content.Oversee production budgets from initial estimates through post-production, ensuring financial accountability.Ensure profitability on always-on social campaigns and maintain production margins on all projects.Advise on key production and delivery decisions affecting budgets and timelines.Provide industry expertise and thought leadership, especially in solving production challenges.Collaborate with production teams to organize, schedule, and source directors, filmmakers, and freelancers.Oversee insurance, permitting, crew payroll, legal, and safety protocols for productions.Create efficient production workflows alongside the team.Work closely with client service and creative teams to scope and respond to client briefs.Manage relationships with content partners, directors, and other creative collaborators.Proactively seek new business from existing and potential clients.Participate in new business presentations and deliver proposals to clients.Requirements:
7-10+ years of production management experience.5+ years in a leadership role, with experience scaling production teams and building processes from scratch.Strong knowledge of production best practices and an extensive network within the industry.Inspiring leadership style with the ability to mentor and bring out the best in a team.Deep passion for producing high-quality content and programming.Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, skilled at building things from the ground up.Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Proven track record in producing long- and short-form, commercial and influencer content.Experience in developing and pitching creative ideas.Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills.Salary range $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.Our Values
