As a
Group Executive Producer , you will lead productions from inception to completion, assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of these productions. Candidates must be a team player, thrive under pressure and lead by example to motivate their teams and provide a positive presence.You will:Provide traffic and production management oversightDefine production scope and be involved in kick-off meetings and vendor briefsRecommend talent, negotiate and hire contract crew/vendorsInterface with account teams and clients to help ensure vision and timing alignmentGenerate total gross production bids and oversee production fiscal managementFacilitate and oversee triple bid procedures per client procurement policyCollaborate with project producers to ensure the group is meeting timelines and budget expectationsDirect and supervise all contracted production services and logistics as well as develop and maintain vendor relationships by providing accurate specifications to obtain cost-effective estimatesManage talent (union) licensing, and standard production documentation (insurance, permits, usage rights, etc.)Oversee production specific terms and conditions, including rights-managed assets, and ensure contractual agreements are in placeEnsure production compliance and best-practice processes are adhered toDevelop Executive Producers through continued learning and mentorshipYou have:At least 10 years of producer experience held at a major agency and/or digital agencyPrevious Production Management and/or a combination of Project and Client Management experienceKnowledge of North American vendor network with a well-defined 3rd party rolodexKnowledge of various creative stages, understanding of creative workflow and interactive productionStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsSolution-orientedEffective communication skillsThis role is not eligible for hire in Colorado, USA.Critical Mass is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
