As a
Group Executive Producer , you will lead productions from inception to completion, assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of these productions. Candidates must be a team player, thrive under pressure and lead by example to motivate their teams and provide a positive presence. You will: Provide traffic and production management oversight Define production scope and is involved in kick off meetings and vendor briefs Recommend talent, negotiate and hire contract crew/vendors Interface with account teams and clients to help ensure vision and timing alignment Generate total gross production bids and oversee production fiscal management Facilitate and oversee triple bid procedures per client procurement policy Collaborate with project producers to ensure the group is meeting timelines and budget expectations Direct and supervise all contracted production services and logistics as well as develop and maintain vendor relationships by providing accurate specifications to obtain cost effective estimates Manage talent (union) licensing, and standard production documentation, including insurance, permits, usage rights, etc. Oversee production specific terms and conditions, including rights-managed assets, and ensure contractual agreements are in place Ensure production compliance and best-practice processes are adhered to Develop Executive Producers through continued learning and mentorship You have: At least 10 years of producer experience held at a major agency and/or digital agency Previous Production Management and/or a combination of Project and Client Management experience Knowledge of North American vendor network with a well-defined 3rd party rolodex Knowledge of various creative stages, understanding of creative workflow and interactive production Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Solution oriented Effective communication skills Critical Mass is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
