Account Manager , based in Perth. Reporting to our Regional State Manager - WA/SA, this role will focus on the continuous growth of on premise, off premise and eRetail sales channels across the entire brand portfolio.As an Account Manager, your role is to achieve MHA’s business objectives & agreed sales budget for your specific territory whilst understanding and embracing the strategic imperatives of MHANZ in your day-to-day business. Furthermore, you are responsible for enhancing MHANZ’s culture and contributing to the overall success of your direct team and that of the entire business.Job Responsibilities
Category LeadershipTo grow market share by achieving mutually agreed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by the State Manager.To grow market share by achieving mutually agreed points of distribution across all channels.Highlight our uniqueness competition through best practice Storytelling and sharing of market leading business insights with your customers.To become an industry recognised Ambassador for all MH Brands through product knowledge and exceptional Storytelling.Continue to adapt to new customer expectations.Digital transformation and integration - initiatives are to be further supported by highly visible, exceptional animation/activations.Achieve Industry Sales Force LeadershipDeliver commercial objectives by being our customers most valued partner.Provide creative and tailor-made advice for your customer.100% distribution compliance with major contracts and territory growth targets to be achieved.Full engagement with Salesforce and QLIK in tracking and reporting of Aspire Adoption KPI’s (customer segmentation, callage, surveys, meeting notes, activations etc).On Premise distribution surveys to be completed at the end of every sales call.Monitor competitor activity/dealing/pricing and promotions within territory and provide feedback to the sales team.StorytellingBring to life our iconic brands through the sharing of our heritage with passion and expertise.Showcase the crafting of our exceptional products, highlighting the benefits and values of our portfolio.Embody the art of luxury in all communications, also demonstrating the elegance of our curated service rituals.Be an inspirational leader, striving for a culture of excellence to build brand desirability.Make MHANZ Brands Available & AccessibleDevelop and execute an activation programme across the network of accounts – to be tracked through Salesforce.Ensure that brand merchandising standards are achieved at all times across all channels and social / eRetail platforms.Achieve maximum facings and display of core brands in all outlets in line with distribution targets.Ensure that MHANZ brands feature prominently over competitors with superior animation.ComplianceEnsure that compliance and adherence to policies and procedures is a fundamental way of working. Throughout the MHANZ business we will focus on and model the highest levels of compliance and integrity.Credit & Payment CollectionsMonitor the financial status of each assigned customer and alert the Sales Manager and National Credit Manager of any concerns in order to minimize the incidence of bad debts.Ensure that outstanding debts are analysed and follow up with customers to increase the speed of collection of outstanding monies.OthersAccompany Senior Managers, Marketing colleagues, brand owners and principals on market visits as required.Participate in regular state sales meetings to review and update market trends, exchange information, share best practices, and contribute to the overall development of the company’s sales organisation.Prioritise work initiatives according to the company’s brands’ and customers’ needs.Prospect new account opportunities to develop incremental business for MHANZ.Implement MHANZ trading terms as per trading term guidelines.Determining credit controls with respect to late paying customers.Profile

Join us if you have:LanguagesFull English written and spoken proficiency.ExperienceThorough Wine/Spirit product knowledge.At least 3 years sales experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods or liquor company.Good understanding of On / Off and eRetail channels.Technical SkillsStrong planning, presentation and negotiation skills.Strong numerical, analytical and statistical skills.Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills.High standard of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent and proven sales skills.Personal & Interpersonal SkillsExceptional communication, networking and interpersonal skills.Responds quickly and effectively.Highly motivated and results oriented.Team player but can work autonomously.Able to communicate clearly and effectively, at all levels in a multinational environment.Additional Information
