We're Seeking Group Leaders for our After School Programs in Hawaii!

Whether you're a student, a parent, or simply passionate about education, this role allows you to gain valuable experience in working with children. We provide full training, so no previous experience is necessary!Key Responsibilities:Student Interaction : Lead and supervise a group of students during after-school hours, ensuring their safety and engagement.Activity Planning : Develop fun and educational activities such as arts and crafts, games, and even homework help.Accountability : Keep track of student attendance and ensure that all children are accounted for at all times.Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years old (16+ for Aide positions).High School Diploma or GED required.No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training.Passion for working with children.Schedule:This part-time position runs Monday through Friday, from approximately 1:30 or 2:00 pm until 5:30 pm, with no evening or weekend shifts! If you’ve worked as a coach, scout leader, camp counselor, or even cared for children in your family—this experience is valuable! We’ll help you grow your skills and provide all the training you need to thrive in this role.A Typical Day in Our After School Program Might Include:Greeting children and welcoming them to the program.Helping kids settle down with a snack and assisting with homework.Engaging in fun activities such as board games, crafts, and outdoor play.Facilitating group activities like talent shows, Lego-building contests, or creating slime.Connecting with families when they pick up their children.Kama'aina Kids Benefits:
