Job Description
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for assisting HR leadership with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, collecting HR metrics, coordinating meetings, and creating/maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs). The Human Resources Specialist will be required to interact with visitors and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. This position will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager.Schedule:
This position requires flexible, full-time availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Job Responsibilities
Responsible for performing administrative functions including collecting and distributing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones, and coordinating staff meetings.Perform and maintain internal audits on essential HR analytics.Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary.Create and maintain HR SOPs.Assist with employee life-cycle tasks including onboarding and offboarding.Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 2+ years administrative support experience.Excellent written/interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to optimally connect with employees.Ability to work quickly and efficiently.Strong digital literacy is required of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Internet, typing, and other databases and spreadsheet software. Experience with pivot tables and Access is preferred.Education
