Overview
Highlight is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide innovative ways to find, analyze, and present data for a federal customer in a disaster management environment.Responsibilities
Update/enhance, maintain, create, and provide value-added deliverables across adaptive Agile methodologiesLead innovative approaches to analyze and deliver data to federal stakeholdersLeverage integration of tools to include Esri and automation capabilities to include AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP)Serve as advisor to stakeholders regarding IT modernization and emerging technologies (ex-AI & ML)Qualifications
Required QualificationsMasters Degree and 10 years of experienceSME in Agile methodologiesExperience providing relevant support in a disaster management/disaster recovery environmentKnowledge of Kanban Approach and Test-Driven Development (TDD)Experience leading teams of consultants and senior level personnelPrevious management experienceDesired QualificationsPMP certificationExpertise knowledge in ArGIS Hub, Tableau, MS Azure, MS 365, and PowerBI workspacePrevious experience supporting programs within FEMAAbout Highlight
