Full responsibilities of running a women's off price/budget apparel company supervising and coordinating all the phases and stages of design, production, logistics, marketing and sales.Looking for a qualified experienced senior executive/COO/CFO that could join a successful growing company, learn, listen, and coordinate its current and future directions.Strong knowledge and exposure to off price/budget major department stores, specialty stores, mass merchandisers, wholesale clubs, discounters, online catalog, and knowledge of juniors, Missy, contemporary, children's apparel.Knowledge of both international and domestic production.Capable of running a company with revenues of $30,000,000+ and a staff of 30+.Motivator and creative leader.Must have a track record in the budget/off price market.Qualifications:
8+ years as a senior executive or COO or CFO working for a women's apparel Manufacturing Company.Excellent communication skills and IT savvy.Self-motivated and can lead a team from top down to bottom up.Must be committed to travel domestically and internationally whenever necessary.Motivated to meet and exceed performance expectations.Leader that takes responsibility for his actions.Understanding and knowledge of product and fashion trends in the changing ladies apparel industry.Evaluate who the customers are for the various retailers you will be working with and have the right product at a time cost and control efficiency.Need to understand and enjoy working in the Apparel world with all its idiosyncrasies and opportunities.
